Services we offer

At UCSF International Services, we know that seeking care can be overwhelming, so our team is here to help you every step of the way. Our staff coordinates all aspects of 你的来访 to our hospitals and clinics, with a commitment to making you and your family as comfortable as possible during your stay. We assign each patient an experienced patient liaison, who helps coordinate care from doctors and assists with special needs before, during and after the visit.

Our patients receive care in an environment that respects all cultural traditions and backgrounds. Our goal is to provide you with a level of personal support that matches the world-class medical treatment you will receive.

We can arrange or recommend a variety of services, including:

• Providing information on short- and long-term accommodations and lodging
• Assisting with directions to various 加州大学旧金山分校健康 clinics and locations
• Identifying resources for spiritual or religious guidance
• Offering suggestions on transportation, banking, restaurants and shopping

Please note that UCSF International Services doesn’t provide medical advice. 加州大学旧金山分校健康 offers an online second opinion service, which is open to international patients.

Plan 你的来访

To start arranging 你的来访 to UCSF, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Registration

You may register online or via email, mail or fax:

• 在线: Register online through our 安全的网站 and review our financial policy. Once you complete that review, you will be directed to the patient registration form.
• 电子邮件: Download and complete the three registration forms below (under "UCSF patient forms"), then email them to us at [email protected].
• 邮寄或传真: Mail the three registration forms below (under "UCSF patient forms") to one of the addresses under "十大赌博平台排行榜" (below) or fax them to +1 (415) 353-3672.

UCSF patient forms:

• 病人 registration form
• 病人 agreement of financial responsibility
• Authorization for release of health information

Step 2: Medical records submission

Before we can schedule your appointment, we need to receive your medical records, which may include doctor's notes, radiology images (in DICOM format) and reports, pathology reports, surgical reports and lab results. If written records are not in 英语, you need to have them professionally translated into 英语 before submitting them to our office. Unfortunately, we cannot accept records that have not been professionally translated.

You may send us your medical records via email, fax or mail. Please find our contact information below under "十大赌博平台排行榜."

Step 3: Medical records review

After we receive your medical records, our medical team will review them to determine whether UCSF offers treatments that may benefit you.

Step 4: Financial clearance

After you are accepted for care at UCSF, we will give you an estimate of the charges. Before receiving care, you must pay these charges in full or provide verification of authorization from an insurance plan accepted by UCSF Medical Center. Please be aware that U.S. medical care may cost $700 or more for an initial doctor visit and $100,000 or more for hospital care.

Step 5: Appointment scheduling

Once we receive your payment, we will confirm your appointment or hospital stay. We are not able to schedule appointments without advance payment.
